DSI provides the following services: Public/Private Partnership Development, Proposals/RFP/RFQ/RFI Development, Fundraising, Project Management, Public Relations, Commercial Real Estate Advisory and Development Services, and Business Development. 

Our Approach

We pride ourselves in developing strategies to increase small businesses annual revenue, visibility, public and private sector relationships, and those looking to create partnerships with public and/or private sectors. We are deal makers. Through our vast relationships, we provide advocacy support for clients. DSI partners with commercial brokerage firms to represent the tenant/client in their lease negotiations and/or property disposition. We consult with developers/owners with fee development services. We connect developers to investors for financing purposes and/or create and execute a public/private partnership relationship agreement. For public institutions, non-profits, and organizations, DSI develops fundraising strategies and road maps for success.
